Seeking a technically adept Smart Contract Developer to spearhead development on the Solana 

blockchain. This role demands a deep understanding of Rust programming and smart contract 

mechanics, aimed at crafting secure, scalable decentralized applications. The ideal candidate 

will contribute significantly to the architecture and evolution of blockchain solutions within our 

dynamic, innovation-driven environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

●Architect and implement smart contracts on Solana using Rust, ensuring optimal 

performance and security. 

●Develop and maintain scalable and efficient decentralized applications, integrating with 

blockchain APIs and external data sources. 

●Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and 

continuous improvement. 

●Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, applying best practices in code 

management and version control. 

●Contribute to the backend and front-end development of the application. 

REQUIREMENTS 

●Proficient in Rust with a solid understanding of smart contract development principles. 

●Minimum 3 years of experience in blockchain development, preferably with exposure to 

the Solana ecosystem. 

●In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL for effective database management. 

●Demonstrated ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. 

●Familiarity with cryptographic protocols and consensus algorithms. 

●Hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js for full-stack development is nice to have 

not a mandate. 

●Proven track record in developing and deploying high-stakes, high-

performance decentralized applications. 

●Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
