Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience as a Blockchain Lead/Architect, with proven expertise in creating and deploying private blockchain.

- Proficient in blockchain development tools and languages, such as Solidity, Node.js, Python, or Go is MUST.

- Strong knowledge of consensus algorithms, cryptographic principles, and decentralized application development.

- Experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum.
