Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for procurement and sales business processes.
• Design, configure, and implement JDE solutions to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide techno-functional expertise in JDE, bridging the gap between technical and functional requirements.
• Lead data migration efforts, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading into JDE systems.
• Mentor and guide business users in extracting and cleansing master and transactional data to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance user understanding and adoption of JDE solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JDE applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve JDE processes and solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience as a JDE Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of procurement and sales business processes within JDE.
• Proven experience with data migration projects, including data extraction, cleansing, and transformation.
• Ability to mentor and guide business users in data-related activities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business users and technical teams.
• Good to have knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and its integration with JDE.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
