Frontend Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS/SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), including async/await

• Solid experience in responsive UI development, SLDS alignment, and theme- friendly styling

• Understanding of basic accessibility practices and confident debugging using Chrome DevTools

Salesforce UI

• Hands-on experience with LWC end-to-end: component structure, lifecycle, @api usage, events, and state management

• Clear understanding of when to use @wire vs imperative Apex, including refresh handling (refreshApex)

• Familiarity with navigation/state, Lightning Message Service, and building effective error handling UX

• Ability to read, debug, and maintain Aura and Visualforce components

Backend for UI

• Experience in building Apex as a service layer using DTOs/wrappers, bulk-safe patterns, and consistent response/error handling

• Strong knowledge of efficient SOQL (selective queries, pagination, avoiding N+1 issues) and governor limits

• Proper enforcement of security (CRUD/FLS and sharing rules)

• Correct usage of @AuraEnabled(cacheable=true) while avoiding stale data issues

Experience Cloud

• Strong experience with Experience Builder, routing/navigation, and audience targeting

• Understanding of guest/community security and common access challenges

• Ability to handle branding/theming without breaking SLDS

Delivery s Practices

• Strong problem-solving and log-driven debugging skills

• Good discipline with SFDX and Git, including safe retrieve/deploy workflows and conflict management
