Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions using Python.
• Build and maintain RPA workflows for repetitive and business-critical processes.
• Develop UI automation scripts for web and desktop applications.
• Automate application workflows involving forms, data entry, navigation, file processing, and other repetitive tasks.
• Integrate Python-based automation with existing RPA processes and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation workflows and UI scripts.
• Perform debugging, exception handling, and root-cause analysis for automation failures.
• Test automation solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts and RPA workflows.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand automation requirements and convert them into effective solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation for automation processes and workflows.
• Monitor automated processes and provide production support when required.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Python, RPA, and UI automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python programming and scripting.
• Good understanding of RPA concepts and automation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with UI automation for web and/or desktop applications.
• Experience with automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Playwright, PyAutoGUI, Robot Framework, or similar technologies is preferred.
• Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate is an advantage.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of exception handling and automation best practices.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
