Must-Have Skills
Hands-on Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR routing, and Contact Lens.
AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Lex, and API integration.
Experience in Banking/Finance domains (Retail, Business Banking, Lending).
Roles & Responsibilities
Build and maintain IVR flows and intent routing across multiple business lines.
Integrate backend microservices/APIs via AWS Lambda for real-time customer data lookup.
Optimize call routing, queuing, and contact flow performance.
Education
UG :Any UG Qualification
PG :Any PG Qualification
