We are looking for a Lead or Senior Python Developer to design, build and run Python, Django and FastAPI services for our fintech and e-commerce products. Responsibilities: - Design and build scalable REST APIs and event-driven services with Python, Django and FastAPI and Celery and Kafka - Own services end to end: design reviews, code, testing, deployment and on-call - Containerise services with Docker and run them on Kubernetes in AWS - Improve performance, reliability and observability of production systems - Mentor engineers and drive code-quality and design standards Requirements: - 6 or more years of backend development with Python, Django and FastAPI - Strong experience with microservices, SQL databases and Celery and Kafka - Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS - Working knowledge of Java is a plus - B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science or a related field
