About the role
We are looking for Oracle Fusion techno-functional consultant to design, configure, integrate and support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions for global clients. You will own business flows from requirements to
go-live. You will configure Order Management, Inventory and Procurement, and build or guide the integrations, reports and data loads that connect Fusion with front-end and third-party systems.
Key responsibilities
- Functional Run requirement workshops, as-is / to-be mapping and fit-gap analysis for Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Configure Oracle Fusion Order Management / DOO, Global Order Promising (GOP), Pricing, Inventory and Procurement using Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
- Design complex fulfilment flows such as drop ship, back-to-back, reservations, split shipments, returns and pickup / delivery.
- Prepare solution documents (BR100, MD050 / FDD, BP080) and test scripts (TE020).
- Lead CRP, SIT and UAT sessions, defect triage and go-live readiness.
- Support hypercare and AMS: incident and problem management, RCA, Oracle SR handling and SLA-based resolution.
- Assess quarterly Oracle Cloud updates (impact analysis, regression testing,
- Redwood adoption).
- Technical Design and build integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen 2 / Gen 3): app-driven and scheduled orchestrations, adapters (ERP Cloud, REST, SOAP, FTP, DB), lookups, mappings and fault handling.
- Use Fusion REST and SOAP APIs (salesOrdersForOrderHub, inventory, procurement, item and customer APIs) to integrate with POS, e-commerce, WMS and legacy order-capture systems.
- Build data migration and bulk loads with FBDI, ADFDI, HDL / HCM extracts where relevant, and ESS jobs, including mapping, validation and reconciliation.
- Write SQL to analyse data, develop BI Publisher and OTBI reports, and support BIP-based extracts.
- Implement error handling, monitoring, retries and alerting for integrations, and troubleshoot failures end to end.
- Configure page personalisation, Application Composer / Visual Builder extensions, and role and data security.
Required skills and experience
- 6–8 years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 4 years on Oracle Fusion
Cloud SCM.
Atleast 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations (requirements to
go-live), in a client-facing role.
Strong functional knowledge of Order Management / DOO, Inventory, and Procurement (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal).
Hands-on OIC development: building integrations, not only writing specs.
Hands-on work with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML and XSLT mapping.
Strong SQL, plus BI Publisher and OTBI.
FBDI / ADFDI data migration for master and transactional data.
Clear communication with business users, technical teams and offshore / onshore stakeholders.
