We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Program Manager / Scrum Master to manage Salesforce projects, drive Agile practices, and ensure successful project delivery.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Salesforce project planning, execution, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users.
Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure timely delivery of Salesforce initiatives.
Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in project/program management or Scrum Master roles.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its implementation lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
