Key Responsibilities:  Lead functional activities for SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise implementation projects.  Gather and analyze business requirements related to the SAP CRM Service module.  Configure and customize SAP CRM functionalities to meet business requirements.  Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical consultants for required developments.  Work with business stakeholders to understand service processes and recommend suitable SAP CRM solutions.  Support functional testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).  Provide functional guidance to the project team and support end-to-end implementation activities.  Assist with issue resolution and ensure successful delivery of project milestones. Required Skills and Experience:  Strong experience in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise.

 Hands-on functional experience in the SAP CRM Service module.

 Experience in SAP CRM functional configuration and implementation.

 Good understanding of service-related business processes and SAP CRM functionalities.

 Ability to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams.

 Candidates with SAP C4C experience will also be considered, provided they have previous hands-on experience with SAP CRM On-Premise and can quickly transition back to it.  Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.  Ability to independently handle functional requirements and lead project activities.
