Job Summary 
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Cloud QA Engineer with strong expertise in 
manual testing and basic-to-intermediate experience with test automation. The ideal candidate 
should have hands-on experience testing Salesforce CPQ applications and a good understanding of 
CPQ business processes, workflows, integrations, and release cycles. 
Job Description
Key Responsibilities 
∙Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce CPQ applications, including: 
oProduct Configuration 
oProduct Catalog 
oPricing and Discounting 
oQuote Management 
oApproval Processes 
oContract and Order Management 
∙Design and execute functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and UAT testing. 
∙Perform Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization testing. 
∙Validate business rules, workflows, approvals, integrations, APIs, and end-to-end CPQ 
processes. 
∙Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test execution reports. 
∙Identify, document, track, and retest defects throughout the defect lifecycle. 
∙Perform regression testing for Salesforce releases and CPQ enhancements. 
∙Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other QA team 
members. 
∙Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, defect triage, and release 
validation. 
∙Contribute to improving test coverage, automation adoption, and overall QA processes. 
Required Skills & Experience 

 

∙5+ years of experience in QA, with strong experience in both manual and automation testing. 
∙Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing and Salesforce CPQ. 
∙Good understanding of Salesforce CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing, 
discounting, quoting, approvals, and order management. 
∙Basic hands-on experience with at least one automation tool, such as: 
oCopado Robotic Testing (CRT) 
oSelenium 
oTricentis Tosca 
oOther comparable automation tools 
∙Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, QA methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle. 
∙Experience creating comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test data. 
∙Good understanding of Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and 
integrations. 
∙Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
∙Experience working with defect/test management tools such as Jira, QA Complete, or similar 
tools. 
∙Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment. 
Good to Have 
∙Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration testing. 
∙Exposure to CI/CD and release management using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or 
Copado. 
∙Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce certifications. 
∙Basic understanding of automation frameworks and reusable test components. 
∙Experience with Salesforce deployment and release validation processes. 
Preferred Candidate Profile 
∙Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ QA processes with a quality-first mindset. 
∙Comfortable working on both manual testing and automation activities. 
∙Good communication and stakeholder management skills. 
∙Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues across complex CPQ business 
scenarios. 
∙Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
∙Willingness to learn and expand automation capabilities in a Salesforce CPQ environment.
