JD : Full-Stack Developer What You’ll Do * Build and deliver features across the React/TanStack micro-frontend architecture and FastAPI backend, working with the full stack on every sprint * Integrate with Azure services (App Service, PostgreSQL, ADLS, AI Search, App Insights) and LLM APIs via Kong Gateway * Write clean, well-tested, production-quality code that ships in bi-weekly releases * Collaborate with designers to bring concepts to life — turning prototypes and Lovable outputs into production-ready code * Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making * Support the team during releases — from testing to deployment to post-release validation What We’re Looking For * Strong proficiency in React (TanStack Router preferred) and Python (FastAPI preferred), with experience in micro-frontend architectures * Experience with cloud platforms, ideally Azure (App Service, PostgreSQL, storage, monitoring) * Familiarity with REST API design, async processing (Celery/Redis), and CI/CD pipelines * Comfortable working with AI/ML integrations — calling LLM APIs, handling structured extraction, and working with embeddings/search * Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile/Scrum practices * A team-player mindset — willing to pick up tasks outside their comfort zone to help the team ship Bonus Skills * Experience with Module Federation, RsPack, or similar micro-frontend bundling tools * Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC authentication flows (PingFederate, MSAL) * Exposure to vibe coding or AI-assisted development practices * Experience with data visualization libraries (Recharts, D3, Plotly) 6. Senior Full-Stack Developer Lead from the front — architect solutions, mentor the team, and drive technical excellence. What We’re Looking For Everything in the Full-Stack Developer profile, plus: * 5–8+ years of hands-on development experience with demonstrated technical leadership * Track record of architecting and delivering complex, production-grade systems * Strong communication skills — able to articulate technical decisions to both engineering and business stakeholders * Experience leading delivery in Agile/Scrum teams with bi-weekly or faster release cadences * Ability to balance speed and quality — pragmatic about trade-offs while maintaining high engineering standards * A builder’s mentality — excited by solving hard problems, not just executing tickets.
