We are seeking a Government Tender/GEM Portal Executive with experience in driving sales and business opportunities through government bids and tenders via GEM/E-Procurement portals. The candidate will be responsible for updating the product/service catalogue in the GEM portal, creating technical compliance statements, and handling a high volume of customer enquiries floated under GEM portal.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Updating the product/service catalogue in the

GEM portal, including deletion or updating of new product/specification/prices

- Preparation of all tender documents in specific

formats related to the bid, and submission of documents in stipulated time

limits on RFP, RFI, and tender bid portals

- Good knowledge of submission of bids like bunch

bid, reverse bid, custom bid, and normal bid

- Coordinating with respective officials and

documenting the progress of the tender

- Acting as contact points for all government

agency or organization

- Reporting bidding status online/offline on a

daily basis

- Preparing datasheets and maintaining records on

a regular basis

- Following up with

vendors/OEMs/departments/clients

- Preparation of MIS reports and competitive

bidders comparison sheets

- Collection of EMD/coordinate with accounts

department for EMD/TENDER FEE

- Procurement of EMD/post tendering works

- Vendor registration

- Attending pre-bid/post-bid meetings with

customers

- Maintaining customer relationships with

existing/new clients

- Back-end support to sales department/sales

support

- Tracking status of tenders and offers

- Well-versed with document controlling, IT

software, solutions, AI, hardware, peripherals, and networking

- Creating technical compliance statements

- Handling a high volume of customer enquiries

floated under GEM portal

Requirements:

- Knowledge of GEM/Government Tender Online &

Offline Filing, RFP, RFI, and tender bid portals

- Experience in submission of bids, billing, and

updating of product catalogue in GEM portal

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT, MIS Report, and

excellent written & verbal communication in English
