Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

Experience: Fresher to 3 years

Location: Raipur, Jaipur

Gender: Female

Responsibilities:

  1. Take proactive follow-up for hardware sales with potential customers.
  2. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and provide product information.
  3. Handle clients professionally, listen to their concerns, and provide suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Act as a reliable salesperson, displaying persistence, resilience, and determination to achieve sales targets.
  5. Possess a strong understanding of the local language in Raipur to effectively communicate with customers (Raipur location only).
  6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries and provide accurate information.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
  8. Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and track sales activities.
  9. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  10. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and stay updated with the latest product information.
  11. Provide timely feedback to the management regarding customer concerns, market insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while conducting sales activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Freshers to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  5. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
  6. Ability to understand and address customer concerns effectively.
  7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  9. Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  10. Strong organizational and time management skills.
