    How it works
    A slot nobody takes stays Scheduled until Till, then turns Expired.

    How it works

    Why it matters
    Plans change without touching anyone else's slot.

    How it works
    The email carries the date, time, meeting link and an invite.ics file. Join meeting opens the interview; Yes, Maybe or No answers it.
